Shipping & Returns
We ship via UPS Ground, and shipping companies will not insure or replace products damaged by temperature. Please note, during extreme heat during the summer months, or extreme cold during the winter months, we may hold shipments to your area here in our warehouse.
Unfortunately, there are states that we cannot ship wine to, due to the arcaic interstate wine shipping laws.
By law we cannot sell you wine and ship it to you if you reside in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont.
In the event you experience a problem with the quality/taste of a bottle, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your problem. If you would like to return an order for taste reasons, we will issue a refund or account credit, less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.
